In this data protection declaration, we, as the person responsible pursuant to Art. 4 para. 7 EU-GDPR, describe which data we collect when you visit our website and for what purpose we process it. Please take all relevant contact data from point 13. of this data protection declaration.


As the protection of your person-related data is particularly important to us we comply strictly with the legal provisions of the DPA and the EU-GDPR when collecting and processing your person-related data.
In the following we will inform you in detail about the scope and purpose of our data processing as well as your rights as the person concerned. Please read our data protection declaration carefully before you continue to use our website and, if necessary, give your consent to data processing.



1. person-related data

The use of our website is basically possible without providing personal data. The use of individual services may, though, be subject to different regulations, which we will inform you of separately.

Apart from the cookies described in detail below, we only collect and store the data that you yourself provide by entering in our input masks or by interacting actively with our website in any other way.

Person-related data are all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. This includes for example your name, your address, your telephone number or your date of birth.

When using our website for information purposes only, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. Provided that you want to visit our website, we collect the following data, which are technically necessary for us, in order to display the website to you and to guarantee its stability and security pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f EU GDPR:

Complementary to the above-mentioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website; these are small text files that are stored on your hard disk associated with the browser you use and through which certain information is transmitted to the site that sets the cookie (here by us). At the current state of the technology, cookies cannot execute programs or transfer viruses to your computer, but merely serve to make the Internet offer more user-friendly and effective.


c. Our website(s) use the following types of cookies, the scope and functionality of which are explained below:


  • Transient cookies

Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser. These include in particular session cookies, which store a so-called session ID with which various requests of your browser can be assigned to the joint session. This will enable your computer to be recognized when you return to our website. These session cookies are deleted when you log out or close your browser.


  • persistent cookies

Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a defined period, which may differ depending on the cookie. You are able to delete the cookies in your browser settings at any time.

These objects store the required data independently of your browser and have no automatic expiry date. 3. collection and processing of person-related data

Person-related data, exceeding the information stored by cookies, will only be processed by us if you voluntarily provide it to us, for example when you register with us, conclude a contractual relationship with us or otherwise contact us. This concerns exclusively contact data as well as information to the requests, with which you approach us.

We use the person-related data provided by you exclusively within the scope of fulfilling the respective purpose of processing (e.g. registration, newsletter dispatch, processing of an order, sending of information material and advertising, handling of a competition, answering a question, enabling access to certain information) are necessary and/or this is permitted by law (specifically pursuant to Art. 6 EU-GDPR) (e.g. sending advertising and information material to existing customers).

The purpose of processing your data is the operation of our website and the targeted provision of company-specific information including the presentation of our range of goods and services (marketing). Any further use of your data will only take place if you have given your express prior consent. You can revoke your consent at any time for the future - as explained in detail below.



4. storage period

Data provided to us by you exclusively for customer care or for marketing and information purposes will be stored by us until three years after our last contact. However, if you wish, we will also delete your data before the end of this period, as long as there is no legal obstacle to this.

In the case of a contract initiation or conclusion, we process your person-related data after complete contract execution until the expiry of the guarantee, warranty, statute of limitations and statutory retention periods that apply to us, and beyond that until the end of any legal disputes in which the data is required as evidence.



5. newsletter

You have the possibility to subscribe to our free newsletter. With this newsletter you will receive all the latest news and information about our company as well as customized advertising at regular intervals. To receive our newsletter, you need a valid e-mail address.

The e-mail address you entered in our registration form will be checked to see if the receipt of newsletters is actually desired. This is achieved by sending you an e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided, the receipt of which you can confirm by clicking on a link provided. After confirming the e-mail you are registered for our newsletter. (double opt-in)

We store your IP address, the date and time of your registration with the first registration for the newsletter. This happens for security reasons in case a third party misuses your e-mail address and subscribes to our newsletter without your knowledge. We do not collect and process any further data for the newsletter subscription. The data is used exclusively for receiving the newsletter.

If you do not contradict this, we transmit your data within our group for the purpose of analysis and for the transmission of information for advertising purposes. Within the group of companies, your data that you have made available to us to receive the newsletter will be compared with data that we may otherwise collect (e.g. when purchasing a product or booking a service).

Your data for newsletter registration will not be passed on to third parties who do not belong to the group of companies. You can cancel your subscription to our newsletters at any time. You will find the details on cancellation in the confirmation e-mail and in each individual newsletter.



6. Contact form and e-mail contact

There is a contact form on our website which can be used for electronic contact. If a user uses this opportunity, the data entered in the input mask will be transmitted to us and stored. With the sending of the contact form we additionally store the IP address and the date and time of the sending.
Alternatively, you can contact us via the e-mail address provided. In this case, we will store the user's personal data transmitted by e-mail.

No data will be passed on to third parties in this context. The data is only used internally to process the conversation.

The processing of the person-related data from the contact form serves us alone for the handling of the establishment of contact. In the case of contacting us by e-mail, there is also the necessary legitimate interest in the processing of the data. The other person-related data processed during the sending process serve to prevent misuse of the contact form and to ensure the security of our information technology systems.

Any other person-related data collected during the sending process will be deleted at the latest after a period of 7 days.

The following data are collected for ordering via our online shop:

Data processing is carried out upon your request and is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract and pre-contractual measures in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 b EU GDPR for the mentioned purposes.

You also have the possibility to register for the online shop. Here you can view the data of completed, open and shipped orders and manage personal data. The user commits himself to treat the personal access data confidentially and not to disclose them to any unauthorized third parties. For the registration on our website the following data are collected within the registration process:


  • name and first name
  • email address
  • password


At the time of registration, the date and time of registration are additionally stored.



8. modes of payment

For your purchase in our online shop we offer you a selection of the following payment options: PayPal, Klarna, cash in advance and cash on delivery. As far as the payment methods PayPal or Klarna were selected, a direct redirection to the website of the respective payment service provider takes place in the context of the payment procedure. The data to be entered by you on the page of the requested payment provider will not be recorded, processed or stored by us. In this respect, only the data protection guidelines of the respective payment service provider apply.



a. Recording and use of personal-related data when "PayPal" is selected as payment method

On our website we offer payment via PayPal. The provider of this payment service is PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter "PayPal"). If you choose to pay via PayPal, your payment details will be sent to PayPal. Data is transmitted to PayPal on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a EU GDPR (consent) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b EU GDPR (processing to fulfil a contract). On our website we offer payment via Klarna. The provider of this payment service is Klarna Bank AG, Sveavägen 46, 11134 Stockholm, Sweden (hereinafter "Klarna"). If you choose to pay via Klarna, your payment details will be sent to Klarna. Data are transmitted to Klarna on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a EU GDPR (consent) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b EU GDPR (processing to fulfil a contract). c. Recording and use of person-related data when "Amazon Payments" is selected as payment method

On our website we offer payment via Amazon Pay. Provider of this payment service is primarily Amazon Payments Europe s.c.a., secondary Amazon EU SARL, Amazon Services Europe SARL and Amazon Media EU SARL, all located at 5 Rue Plaetis, 2338 Luxembourg (hereinafter "Amazon Pay").

If you choose to pay via Amazon Pay, the payment details you enter will be sent to Amazon Pay.

The transfer of your data to Amazon Pay is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO (consent) and Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b DSGVO (processing to fulfil a contract. a. We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. This service uses so-called "cookies". The information generated by cookies about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server and stored there.

Google uses this information on our behalf to evaluate your use of our website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services relating to website and Internet use. The IP address transmitted by your browser in the context of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.

d. Integration of the Trusted Shop Trustbadge
For the display of our Trusted Shops seal of approval and the possibly collected ratings as well as the offer of Trusted Shops products for buyers after an order, the Trusted Shops trust badge is integrated on this website.
This serves the protection of our in the context of a balancing of interests prevailing legitimate interests in an optimal marketing by making possible a safe purchase in accordance with art. 6 exp. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The trust badge and the services advertised with it are an offer of Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Cologne. The trust badge is made available by a CDN provider (Content Delivery Network) within the scope of order processing. Trusted Shops GmbH also uses service providers from the USA. When the trust badge is called up, the web server automatically saves a so-called server log file, which also contains your IP address, date and time of the call, transferred data volume and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the call. Individual access data is stored in a security database for the analysis of security incidents. The log files are automatically deleted at the latest 90 days after creation.
Further personal data is transferred to Trusted Shops GmbH if you decide to use Trusted Shops products after completing an order or if you have already registered for use. It applies the contractual agreement met between you and Trusted Shops. For this an automatic collection of personal data from the order data takes place. Whether you are already registered as a buyer for a product use is automatically checked by means of a neutral parameter, the email address hashed by cryptological one-way function. The e-mail address is converted into this hash value, which cannot be decrypted by Trusted Shops, before it is transmitted. After checking for a match, the parameter is automatically deleted.
This is necessary for the fulfilment of our and Trusted Shops' predominant legitimate interests in the provision of the buyer protection linked to the specific order and the transactional evaluation services according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO. 10. data transmission

A transfer of your data to third parties does not take place, unless we are legally obliged to do so, the transfer of data is necessary for the execution of a contractual relationship concluded between us or you have previously expressly consented to the transfer of your data. External contractors or other cooperation partners will only receive your data if this is necessary to process the contract or if we have a legitimate interest in doing so. If one of our contractors comes into contact with your personal data, we ensure that it complies with the provisions of the data protection laws in the same way as we do.

We will not sell or otherwise market your personal data to third parties outside the Group.

We will respond to all reasonable requests within the legal framework free of charge and as soon as possible.

The data protection authority is responsible for applications concerning violation of the right to information, violation of the rights of confidentiality, correction or deletion.
